despite the Corona pandemic, all courses for the summer semester will commence as scheduled on April 20, 2020, but in a different format. At present, our plan is as follows:
The lectures Ökonomie des öffentlichen Sektors (ÖÖS) and Public Economics, as well as the seminars on European Integration and Public Economics 1 will all take place this semester. The same goes for the tutorials supplementing the lectures. The teaching format is adjusted differently for each course. Until further notice, we have settled on the following: ÖÖS will be conducted as a Livestream, plus an additional Videorecording (please see the video announcement by Prof. Büttner). Public Economics will be offered as a Videostream. The seminars are scheduled for June/July, no call has been made on the format, both in-person and virtual meetings are on the table. Please note that it is still possible to write your thesis at our Chair (including the associated seminar presentation), and that the Praktikumsmodul for internships is also available. Here, arrangements will be made on an individual basis, please contact us via e-mail if you are interested.
The details regarding the teaching format and subsequent processes for each course will be communicated via StudOn, where you will also find any updates on the respective courses. Please make sure to join the StudOn groups for the courses you plan to take!
