Dear Students,

Given current measures to contain the spread of COVID-19, we continue to rely on virtual formats for teaching in the summer semester. At present, our plan is as follows:

The lectures Ökonomie des öffentlichen Sektors (ÖÖS) and Public Economics will be conducted as a Livestream at the scheduled time.

The tutorials will be conducted in virtual form to facilitate planning. Information on the format for each tutorial can be found on StudOn.

This arrangement is expected to hold until Pentecost (Pfingsten, May 23). If it is feasible to switch the lectures to in-person teaching before then, we will communicate directly with course participants.

The seminars European Integration and Public Economics 1 are scheduled for June/July, no call has been made on the format, both in-person and virtual meetings are on the table.

Please note that it is still possible to write your thesis at our Chair (including the associated seminar presentation). Here, arrangements will be made on an individual basis, please contact us via e-mail if you are interested.

Internships (Praktikumsmodul) are currently not available and will become possible not before the current measures are relaxed.

The details regarding the teaching format and subsequent processes for each course will be communicated via StudOn, where you will also find any updates on the respective courses. Please make sure to join the StudOn groups for the courses you plan to take!
